WHO WE ARE

We are a group of Ocean Place owners who believe that every owner deserves a voice in what happens to our home by the sea. 

We are interested owners who want to disseminate information regarding Ocean Place to all of its owners.  

Our mission is to bring back the following ideals to Ocean Place:

• The principle of welcoming owner concern and input
• Implementation of a thoughtful decision-making process in partnership with owners
• Creation of financial statements for non-accountants that clearly outline how our significant financial contributions are spent
• Assurance that all condo records are easily available to all owners
• A deep and abiding respect for following our bylaws and state condo laws
• A return to absolute transparency in all board activities and decisions
• A board with the ability to answer owner questions in a timely manner without the use of a lawyer and unnecessary legal fees
• A knowledgable and honest stewardship of our building and the owner's financial investment by a responsible board
